Abstract
There is a problem of management of basic educational institutions (hereinafter - PPE) and branches in Ukraine extremely relevant because as a result of reformational changes in education in the conditions decentralization were combined several teams that worked in different logistical conditions, with different resources, which are at a considerable distance.
