Abstract

The publication outlines the important role of reading in shaping the personality of the student who reads. It is noted that reading improves a person's physical condition, develops imagination, fantasy, empathy, helps to understand various life situations. The paper provides advice to students, teachers and parents to support children's interest in reading.
