Abstract
The problem of the youth labor market is considered. Achieving a balance between supply and demand at the qualitative and quantitative levels is considered important for its improvement. Emphasis is placed on the interaction between labor market actors. Among the priorities are decentralization of management and multi-channel funding of the training system.
