Abstract

Scientific researches of quality management of training of competitive experts are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the enrichment of the subject field of research due to the fundamental problems of science related to globalization, transformation of social relations, a new stage of scientific and informational changes, the growing role of market relations, etc .; and insufficient coverage of research continuity and critical rethinking of the intellectual achievements of predecessors.
