Abstract

Examining the training of competitive specialists, contradictions were identified that need to be resolved. It is determined that professionally mobile specialists with high professional skills are in demand in the labor market. It is concluded that the training of a competitive specialist should include socio-professional mobility and use a competency-based approach.
