Abstract

It is a question of the need for individual planning of the professional development of teachers for a five-year term. At the same time it is necessary to provide a series of seminars and conferences on issues that will provide cultural development, training of emotional sphere and emotional intelligence of pedagogues, which will undoubtedly positively influence the level of their creative thinking, spirituality.
