Abstract
The article is devoted to presentation of psychological subtraining «The harmonization of an emotional component of character of a personality in youth». The author allocates directions of harmonization of emotional features such as: comprehension and differentiation of positive and negative features, reflection of the own feelings, development of moral self-checking of emotions. The presented innovative-psychological training is a practical method of harmonization of emotional features of senior pupils and students. The combination of lectures, introspection, discussions, role games enables to use it in the work with modern youth with a view of psychological preventive maintenance of emotional disharmonies of character in youth.
