Abstract
The article is devoted to a problem of a harmony of character of the personality at youthful age. The author presents the analysis of results of experimental researching. There where, researched a levels of a harmony of character of pupils of the technical training college and building college. The Author is described the psychological laws and dynamic of characteroiogical developments of youth personality in conditions of system of vocational training.
