Abstract

Different types of thinking are revealed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the formation of such a property of thinking as criticality: the ability to doubt, to deviate from traditional patterns of thinking, to see contradictions, and so on. The necessity of forming critical thinking starting from primary school is substantiated.
