Abstract

Theses explain where it is necessary to return to the general theory and methodology of social practices - in order to make educational informatization practices successful. It describes how useful practical philosophy is; it is proved that the general methodology of the study of educational practices of informatization of society should include at least communicative philosophy, theory of social systems and philosophical hermeneutics.
