Abstract

Goal of a research is an exposure of education role in virtual environment of Internet in post-industrial society. Education in virtual space of Internet identifies it's psychological role not only as possibility but also as leading property characterizes society of new (post-tindustrial) formation and is base inherent for him, taking into account two factors: at first, necessities of individuals to carry out constantly working of new knowledges, abilities and skills, is necessary for providing of the own social productivity and adaptiveness, secondly – functioning and development of virtual network space of Internet, grows into a leading ground for education and self-training, both individual and group. These two psychological resources begin to occupy core positions for development of psychical, intellectual possibilities of modern man as a representative of post-industrial society. Learning and education are expanding with every year into virtual space of Internet, and in some situations are moving into this space. Educational process in a broad sense, permanent learning begin to occupy special place in the post-industrial society hierarchy of values, as determines the productivity of individual activity, flexibility of social adaptation and, in general, quality of life. As a result of post-industrial society development, psychological value of permanent education in virtual space are growing. The necessity of balanced and safe development of education in virtual space of Internet, bringing in to it of both new participants and educators (teachers, trainers of on-line programmes and courses, trainings, employments, webinars etc.), becomes more actual, needs of comprehensive psychological researches of it's possibilities, advantages and failings, features of different content directions and audiences of educational process participants, are growing.
