Abstract

The theses identify the main problems of teacher training to the introduction of a new methods for conducting the state final certification of graduates of a basic school in the form of an external independent assessment. The results of the survey of deputy directors of institutions of general secondary education are presented, the reasons for rejecting the idea of changing the methodology for conducting the state final certification of applicants for basic education are disclosed.
