Abstract

Competently oriented teaching of foreign languages in elementary school should be considered as the ability of students according to age peculiarities and potential opportunities to consciously perform educational actions that ensure mastery of foreign language communication in oral and written forms within the spheres, topics, situations and through separate languages training program.
