Abstract

Personality is formed in the process of inclusion of a person in the system of public relations. One or the other pathology impedes, first of all, the process of ingraining into this system, changing the nature of these relations themselves as selective connections of a person with the world and, above all, with the world of culture. The purpose of psychological and pedagogical support of children with special needs in educational institutions is now to study their personal potential.
