Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the topical problems of the development of pedagogical skills of a music teacher in postgraduate pedagogical education. The problem of creating an innovative educational environment as a condition for the development of music teacher’s pedagogical skills is revealed. The components of an innovative educational environment in the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education are described. The focus is on the characteristics of all components of such educational environment in postgraduate pedagogical education. The influence of innovative educational environment on the development of all components of music teachers’ pedagogical skills is revealed. The analysis of digital instruments, platforms, technologies for creation of the innovative educational environment in postgraduate pedagogical education is analyzed. The results of the study of the influence of such an environment on the development of music teachers’ pedagogical skills are described, based on the analysis of the experimental activity experience.
