Abstract

Financial support of education is the main condition for ensuring the quality of educational services, maintaining competitiveness educational institutions not only within the state, but also on the world market. It is necessary to take into account foreign experience both in the issue of decentralization of financial security and in the definition of a clear funding formula, which would be formed on the elements of transparency and accessibility.
