Abstract

The article presents the training of pedagogical staff for working with adults as an important sphere of society activity. There is substantiated the necessity of the development of the system of training specialists for adult education which is dictated by the variety of their professional roles. In formal education they are teachers of pedagogical and andragogical disciplines, highly specialized profile teachers, specialists in the field of adult education, consultants, methodologists, experts, organizers, tutors, inspectors, social workers, management employees. In non-formal adult educational environment, they are andragogues – experts; andragogues-consultants; inspectors; andragogues-organizers; andragogue -communication agents, andragogues- stimulators, andragogues-idea generators). The peculiarities of formation and development of vocational training of andragogues in Poland are revealed. The modern approaches to organizing the vocational training of pedagogical staff for working with adults in Poland are analyzed and summarized; the modern Polish tendencies typical to this process are substantiated. The features of this training on the bachelor's and master's levels are determined. There is also described the target and organizational-content aspects of the vocational training of andragogues at the universities of Poland. The attention is paid to the theoretical-methodological, legislative and technological aspects of this training aimed at the formation and development of professional competence of andragogues. The curricula of several universities, which carry out vocational training of pedagogical staff for working with adults are analyzed, the content of postgraduate practice-oriented andragogical training is outlined. There are identified positive ideas of Poland's experience which should be implemented in the educational environment of Ukraine.
