Abstract

The system of general secondary and higher education in Ukraine is characterized by the historically acquired set of material and spiritual values created during a certain historical period. At the same time, the society and the state formulated a request for a moral and socially professionally developed person with a certain way of life and outlook, capable of solving complex industrial problems at the regional and state level. To accomplish this task requires a shift in emphasis in the workings of the past concerning the harmonization of the psychological sphere of personality by means of social influence.
