Abstract

The article found that the rights of children with special needs, the development of facilities for children with hearing impairment was directed to the main tasks of a special boarding school, namely: to retain, teach, educate these children, to enable them to receive a complex of correctional development and medical rehabilitation, to form a socially adapted personality and promote their physical and mental development.
