Abstract
The article determines the importance in the selection of forms and methods of regulating the interaction between the individual and the community is to achieve the predictability and identity of the individual in the relations with the environment, the formation of self-organizing and self-determining system of relations. This will help move from uncertainty and chaos to finding compromises, understanding and harmony in relationships in a new environment.
