Abstract

The main problems in the labor market in the region are highlighted. These include the lack of supply and demand for labor, the lack of quality jobs in the labor market with decent conditions and wages, the constant demand for workers in the industries and services (maintenance, operation and control over the work of technological equipment, assembly of equipment and machines, work with tools , trade, services), low quality of labor, the need for jobs of the simplest professions, structural shortage of personnel in some areas of the regional economy. In this regard, the phenomenon of migration is increasing, which is now widespread worldwid.
