Abstract

The current state of the information environment indicates the urgency of updating the education system as a whole and pedagogical technologies and approaches to the formation of teachers' digital competence. The insufficient level of digital competence of teachers is manifested both in the level of preparation for educational activity and in the process of self-education, as well as in the willingness to use ICT directly in the educational process. One of the creative incentives for educators to motivate educators to acquire modern knowledge can be e-learning. E-learning is seen as training using ICT and e-learning resources. According to the definition of UNESCO experts, e-Learning is training via the Internet and multimedia.
