Abstract

The thesis highlights the peculiarities of the using of external independent assessment after graduation of basic secondary education in foreign countries. It is revealed that in most foreign countries, the natural sciences exam (one science exam covering biology, chemistry, physics, or one or more subjects in the natural sciences) is mandatory or to choose the exam of external independent assessment by an educational applicant.
