Abstract

Due to the intensive development of new high-hume technologies, economic and social transformations in Ukraine, the national system of professional (vocational) education faces the problem of raising the qualification level of graduates of professional (vocational) education institutions. The urgency and practical significance of the issue implementing the transition of vocational training for applicants for professional (vocational) education due to the specific professions according to the State Standards of Vocational Education on the basis of modular-competence approach was revealed within the process of studying the essence of providing the quality of vocational training and training of qualified employees on a competence basis that. On the basis of the conducted researches, the main factors forming professional competence of qualified employees were determined under the conditions of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine «On Education» and guidelines for the development of operational educational and training curricula on subjects (disciplines) on the grounds of competences and formulated learning outcomes and learning activities.
