Abstract
The author’s formalized technology of career guidance for a students is described. The structure of a methodical complex is described, samples of a stimulus material, fragments of reports, examples of recommendations on a choice of a profession are presented. Data on the approbation of technology on the samples of pupils and working professionals are given, the evidence of satisfactory reliability and validity of the test complex is presented. The possibilities of an using of present technology in the diagnostics of giftedness are described.
