Abstract

The article presents a draft curriculum of the course on Health and Safety of Life. Grades 10-11 ». The author focuses а draft curriculum of the course on Health and Safety of Life. Grades 10-11 ». The peculiarity of the program is expressed in the implementation of a competent approach to learning. In view of this, its structure has been changed, which consists of the following columns: 1) Expected results of students' educational and cognitive activity, 2) Content of educational material. The first column takes into account the knowledge, activity and value approaches to the formation of substantive competence. The second column of the program reveals the content of the subject, reinforced by practical and value-oriented information about ways of preserving the health and life of a person. In addition, the program includes cross-cutting content lines that enhance substantive content and the development of key competences.
