Abstract

The methodological recommendations reveal the didactic and methodical essence of competently oriented teaching of foreign languages of elementary school students; outline the content of the educational foreign language communication environment as a means of effective organization of the educational process, determine the factors influencing its implementation; describe the content and structure of foreign language communicative competence, characterize the means of its formation and indicators of formation of students in grades 1-4. Addressed to foreign language teachers working in primary school. The didactic and methodological provisions set out in their content orient the activity of teachers aimed at the formation of foreign language communication competence of primary school students.
