Abstract

Information support is considered as part of the social communications of the subjects of society. During these contacts, reformers simultaneously solve the following problems: informing the audience; creation of a single social space of interacting entities; designing models of a multiple future that allows you to control the processes taking place in society. The understanding of the audience as a participant in reforms is expanding - from a passive object receiving information; to the subject participating in the processes of modernization; to the role of co-author of reforms, when she can make adjustments to the initial plan and propose her own options for the development of society.
