Abstract

In the framework of philosophical, sociological, socio-psychological approaches, society is considered as an integrity, system, text. Accordingly, various actors (unit center, group subject, author of the text) and paradigms (subject-object, subject-subject, metasubject) of management are assumed. In the information society, if the management of society is based on the metasubject paradigm, individual subjects can act as co-authors of changes in the sociocultural project, thereby expanding the circle of subjects of social transformations.
