Abstract

In the scientific research, a thorough analysis of the ways of ensuring the quality of the educational process of advanced training courses on various models and forms of learning based on open content and educational resources of postgraduate education has been carried out. The basic principles of open education are determined. The indicators of openness of education and the quality of educational process at the courses of advanced training according to different models and forms of education are analyzed. E-learning resources, in particular open source portfolios («Open Sourct Portfolio»), are described as the main component of the open educational environment. Conditions and factors for professional development of the students of advanced training courses in the educational environment of the Virtual Department of Andragogy are investigated. The results of the permanent monitoring of the quality of education (pedagogical and professional) at the advanced training courses for forecasting and designing of educational processes, correction of unwanted disproportions on the basis of the collected information and forecasting of further professional development of specialists are analyzed. The analytical materials were prepared and presented by the author at the meeting of the Academic Council of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of the State University «Education Management University» of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (meeting number 1 dated 12.02.2019).
