Abstract

The article outlines the main determinants of psychological readiness of pedagogical workers for the practical implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. In particular, the analysis of the components of the psychological readiness of teachers was conducted, as well as the diagnostic tools and, accordingly, the results of the study of vocational and pedagogical motivation of teachers as one of the components of psychological readiness for innovation in the conditions of change were revealed.
