Abstract

The author examines the problem of development of scientific thinking and the formation of moral and civic values of pupils in chemistry classes. Chemistry - is a natural science, which involves the process of forming the integrity of knowledge. Chemistry is beneficial when it is in the hands of intelligent, kind, patriotic, competent people. The content of the subject is aimed at forming the vital and social competences of pupils, their ecological culture, skills of safe handling of substances in the home and in the workplace.
