Abstract

The article deals with the main aspects of the formation of the structure and content of the textbook of physics in the context of the competence of the students at gymnasium: theoretical, objective-essential, procedural-activity and person-adaptive. The correspondence of the structure and contents of the textbook to the theoretical positions and the principles of competence-oriented education provides the basis for the formation of knowledge, activity and value components of subject competence. The development of a competence-oriented textbook for physics at gymnasium should take place in accordance with the given theoretical principles. Each textbook should contain the following blocks: orientation-motivational; individual work with information sources; paractical tasks; monitoring and self-control task. The initial theoretical positions of the process of development of a competence-oriented textbook on physics at gymnasium are: subject сompetence in physics is formed as a result of cognitive activity on objects of reality, which study physics, in particular, physical phenomena substances, field. In the field of components of the key competencies, formed by means of teaching physics, in addition to physical knowledge (basic principles, ideas, laws, concepts), there are general cultural knowledge, value orientations, fundamental problems of mankind and problems of every day life that people solve by means of physical science, in particular, energy, ecological, healthcare; the sphere of the key competencies from the stand point to the formation of their means of teaching physics include the use of physical knowledge for the scientific explanation of physical phenomena and their use in nature, science and technology; methods of activities related to physical science, which are manifested in skills and abilities to conduct scientific research (to determine the problem, to draw up a research plan, to conduct research in accordance with the plan, to analyze the obtained result); exchange ideas and scientific and technical information and interpret them; reproduce and create informational messages; express their attitude to scientific information in the field of physical science. Competence-oriented textbooks a means of formation of personality formation, motivated by successful education, research attitude to life, which is able to learn, using various in formation sources and critically evaluate thein formation obtained; responsibly treaty ourself and others.
