Abstract

The article highlights the main features of the new Ukrainian school. In the context of the educational reform, the directions of internal changes in the work of the school are outlined. A new vision of a graduate of a modern school (as an integrated, fully developed personality capable of critical thinking, as a patriot with an active position and as an innovator able to change the world, to compete in the labor market, to study throughout life) is presented. A mission and important tasks of the school teacher of the XXI century.
