Abstract

The article examines possibilities to activate researches aimed at studying of a Ukrainian scientist’s personality, reserves of his personal and professional potential, and forms of its determination and methods of its optimization. One of the main forms of personal andprofessional potential manifestation is self-realization of a person in his/her professional activities, meaningful characteristics of which should be studied to reveal the objective laws and principles of scientists’ ascent to the heights of their professionalism. The article substantiates that full self-realization of a specialist in any profession depends on many conditions, in particular, psycho-physiological provision of professional work, which ensures a person’s ability to work and provides opportunities to its efficiency without overpressure, but with preservation of mental / psychological and physical health of scientists. The article presents the author’s technology of psychophysiological support for professional self-realization of scientists in humanitarian sciences, consisting of seven interconnected blocks (diagnostic, informational, designing, professional-role interactions, resource conservation and improvement of self-regulation skills, psycho-corrective, final diagnostics), the content and methods of each of the block is characterized.
