Abstract

In this article the author reveals the application of modern pedagogical technologies for the personal development of gifted senior secondary school pupils who will strengthen their state in future. The principal components of these technologies are shown. The attention of reader is focused on the pedagogical creativity of teacher who is the main participant of educational process at the secondary level. At the modern stage he is not a carrier of knowledge but an assistant for person who is getting this knowledge. The special attention is concentrated on the forms for assessment of pupils’ knowledge. The author provides the sample of competitive gifted graduate of secondary education.
