Abstract
In the study reveals the essential characteristics of professional training of specialists in the economic branch. The general and distinctive features of professional training of future specialists of the economic branch in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and Poland are determined. The general and special educational tasks are determined in accordance with the master's level, which are characteristic for both countries. Features of the content of the educational and professional program of training of the second educational level «Master» in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and Poland are revealed. The most common methods that are used in Ukraine and Poland for professional training of future specialists are described. The trends characteristic for professional Polish education are determined. Information is provided on the network of higher economic educational institutions, which now operate on the territory of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine (colleges, universities or academies, classical universities. A list of the main professional competences of a future specialist in the economic branch presented. The importance significance of the introduction of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) commented. Common and distinctive features of activity Ukrainian and Polish modern labor and education markets characterized.
