Abstract
The section presents the main aspects of the formation of a person with a new type of thinking, increasing the professionalism of workers in the educational sphere by means of innovation, training teachers for the new Ukrainian school as one of the areas of formation of a person with a new type of thinking by means of innovative educational activities. Attention is focused on the most important aspects and main features of innovative educational activities in the context of open education. It was noted that one of the priorities today is the improvement of the educational space, which should ensure the development of the educational sphere of the state with its own preferences and achievements. This will be facilitated by the formation of a person with a new creative innovative thinking, which could self-improve, realize itself and generate constructive proposals with their subsequent embodiment in practical professional and social activities.
