Abstract
The article sums up the results of the research in the framework of the discourse paradigm focused on the political socialization subjects interaction as a factor of structuring student political world outlook. It contains the description of regional differences in structuring youth political discourse, specific features of its value and motivation components, representations of dominant-subordinate and social interaction, historical memory and representations of political practices. The author analyzes the degree to which socializing discourse functions (interpretative, informing, persuasive, mobilizing, instrumentative) are realized, and provides evidence for the conclusion about low effectiveness of the educational discourse. In view of the identified problem clusters in structuring political world outlook of student youth, strategies of enhancing competency of discourse interaction and technologies of improving its instrumental component have been developed.
