Abstract

The manual provides a universal tool for social management, based on quantitative measurement of qualitative phenomena that had not previously been quantified. This significantly inhibited the innovative changes in the system of public administration, including education, focusing on improving the quality of the labor potential of the organization and the level of self-realization of the individual in the context of the quality of life of citizens. Designed for students with a Master's Degree in the field of knowledge 05 "Social and Behavioral Sciences" in specialty 051 "Economics", specialization "Human Resources Management and Labor Economics", for teachers, postgraduates, and doctoral students. It will also be useful for business executives and various government departments, human resource managers, business school students, Masters and Continuing Education Centers, management staff and academics.
