Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the actual issues of the formation of the content of profile education. The main attention is focused on theoretical and methodological aspects. The content of the monograph, built on the basis of modern achievements in the theory of learning, consistently highlights the results of scientific research by the staff of the department of didactics. The monograph reveals the conceptual foundations of the formation of the content of profile education, the didactic basis of the variable component of the content of education in the upper secondary school, the axiological foundations of the formation of the content of profile education in the unity of its invariant and variable components, the main approaches to constructing the content of teaching in the upper secondary school on the basis of its integration, meta-object foundations formation of the content of profile education in the unity of its invariant and variable components.
