Abstract
The manual reveals fundamentally new theoretical, methodological and didactic principles of forming of the content of specialized technology education on the example of specialization "Ukrainian folk embroidery". The work is aimed at improving the quality of specialized technological education through the implementation of the author's conception of the cultural content of technological education and the teaching technology of design and technological profile education, aimed at creating a culture-oriented educational environment, in which the subject level of key and subject design and technological competence of each pupil are consciously formed. The developed and tested methodology, theory and methods of forming the integrity of the content and the process of profile technological education can be served as a reference point for the development of educational and training programs of specialized subjects, specializations, courses to choose from, textbooks, as well as the implementation of the designed content in pedagogical practice. The manual is addressed to teachers of labor training and technologies, teachers of departments of teaching methods of higher school, employees of the departments of methodology of labor training of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education and professional development of teachers, students and postgraduates.
