Abstract

Risky behavior can be clearly identified in the system of relations of "dominance - subjugation", which consist of individuals, groups or social groups.Such relationships can be both open and hidden, and manifested in various facts and outcomes. Let's consider them on an example of phenomena of mobing and bullying, which penetrate almost all spheres of social life, especially in the context of relationships between personality and collective, but not yet sufficiently explored and formulated onconceptual level.Prevention of mobbing and billing requires observance of the current legislation and the following basic principles: systematicity; comprehensiveness; partnerships between schools, families, and other community institutions; competence; personal responsibility of the adult (parents, teachers); individual approach to each case of billing; shifting the focus from punishing the Bulls to their rehabilitation.
