Abstract

The article reveals possibilities of implementation of the throughout content line "Environmental safety and sustainable development" in the process of mastering subjects "Biology, 6 – 9 grades" and "Biology and ecology, 10 – 11 grades" having the aim to form ecological competence of the students. For implementation of the line the author has focused attention on such parameters as expected results of educational and cognitive activity of students; connection of the subject content with the prevailing content line; learning resources to achieve expected learning outcomes of students.
