Abstract

In the article the author analyzes approaches to the study of language as cultural phenomena and ethno-national values of Arabs’ values, their influence on the formation of the ethics of interpersonal speech communication. The author also outlines the role of cultural and linguistic values in the context of the development of the ethics of communication of students.
