Abstract

The article describes the changes in the industrial society in which the mass production of goods, products, materials, etc. prevailed, and in the vocational education the industrial model of training of skilled workers was used on the basis of strictly regulated curricula and programs, schedules of classes, a society of knowledge, a leading factor the development of which stands for human capital with its inherent knowledge, skills, intelligence, abilities.
