Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of dialogical communication as a factor of personal self-realization of adolescents. Dialogic communication as a factor of personal self-realization of adolescents provides for the manifestation of their need for communication as a need for knowledge of other people and self-knowledge. The skills of Dialogic communication is associated with the formation of teenagers ' communication skills as the ability of building of a dialogical view of communication. In the structure of communicative ability such components are allocated: motivational (orientation of the personality, the need for communication); strong-willed (ability to self-control in communication); behavioral (ability to get out of conflict situations, the ability to sympathize).
