Abstract
Scientific and technological development of national economies of the countries European Union (EU) under the conditions of the fourth industrial the revolution is a significant motivator of technological and technological changes in the Ukrainian economy and, accordingly, reforming the educational sphere by understanding the global problems of our time. In this context, the article urgently needs to modernize technological and professional education taking into account globalization challenges, as well as economic and educational trends. Among them the most common are: demographic decline and unemployment, which determines significant labor migration; a high level of wages in the EU, which resulted in the outflow of highly skilled personnel beyond Ukraine, thereby inhibiting the development of its high-tech production and preserving the backward "model of raw material economy"; raising social and environmental standards, which has led to the transfer of the most harmful enterprises from the EU countries, in particular to the territory of Ukraine; the availability of education abroad, which has become the reason for the transformation of academic mobility of Ukrainians to the veiled "intellectual emigration" etc.
