Abstract

The article deals with the formulates and substantiates the principles of the development of continuous education in the conditions of a multicultural globalized world. These principles include the following: the priority of the personality of a person and his development; multiculturalism and tolerance in the intercultural environment; convergence and globalization; the transition from the knowledge paraggidigm of education to the competent; the focus on ensuring sustainable development of civilization; continuity and fundamentalism of education; informatization.
