Abstract

Objective analysis of problems concerning labour market in any country - whether in Poland or in Ukraine needs multilevel approach. It is determined by the core and depth of the term “labour market”, which includes key ideas from many fields of scientific knowledge, such as economy, philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, psychology and work pedagogy as well as psychology. In the article there are elaborated issues of unemployment, education and preparation of personnel adjusted to current needs of market.
